Son of hard-working migrant field workers, Attorney Moises Briseño “el abogado Moises” grew up in a humble and hard-working environment. Working with his parents in the fields as a teen, Mr. Briseño eventually moved to working construction, landscaping and various other odd jobs all while attending college.
All of his hard work eventually paid off as he became the first of his family to attend and graduate college. Even though law has become his passion, Mr. Briseño’s first career was in Corporate Human Resources Management. During his spare time, he enjoys volunteering within his community as well as traveling and learning more about other cultures.
Moises Briseño started his time in college at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, where he received an undergraduate degree in Business Management. During his time working towards this degree, he was an intern with the Chicago Cubs Baseball organization as a Marketing intern.
Gaining experience in the corporate world, Mr. Briseño eventually moved on to study business and completed his MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) from the University of Wisconsin. Finally, all of his hard work and education led him back to study at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Here, Mr. Briseño received his Juris Doctorate degree.
The J.D. is one of the highest-level education available for the legal profession. After receiving his J.D., Mr. Briseño passed the Illinois and Texas bar exam both on the first try, which is then when he was licensed and began his career in law with his client’s best interest at heart.
